Over the past couple of years, I have developed a love of makeup and all things beauty. I have shuffled around my favorite items as I tried and loved new products, but there are five products that I just know I can’t live without.
#1 Lipstick
Ever since I began using makeup routinely in junior year of high school, my favorite part was always the lips. I would use bright and bold colors to convey my expression of confidence. My absolute favorite lip color would be MAC’s Ruby Woo or Pretty Irresistible (both matte reds). I think that the perfect pop of color would be amazing for any look. I even use red lipstick when I’m not wearing other makeup than mascara!
#2 Rodan + Fields LashBoost
I have been using this every night for over a year and a half now, and my lashes are so long. I get compliments almost every day on my lashes, with or without makeup. I have heard about a lot of products that say that they will make your lashes longer, but I have never seen results like this! If I only had to use one Rodan + Fields product for the rest of my life, I think this would be the one. You can find it here!
#3 Mascara
Since LashBoost has made my eyelashes so long, it’s only natural that my next favorite beauty product to use would be mascara! I just purchased the new Hourglass Caution Extreme Lash Mascara and I have been loving it. Not only is the packaging absolutely gorgeous, it’s luxurious. The formula itself is unlike anything else I’ve tried. It isn’t clumpy, flaky, or too drying. I’m definitely going to repurchase when I finish it!
#4 Eyebrow Products
I have thick brows. I’m proud of them and I want to rock them as hard as I can. Because of this, I tend to rotate between brow products. My personal favs that I have been using for the past couple of months are the Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil Easy Shape and Fill (shade 2), the Benefit High Brow Highlight & Lift Pencil, and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel. Using all three products, I make sure my brows always look good. I think these are the products that I’m going to hold on to for a long time to come!
#5 Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb
I got the Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer back in the end of June and I’m pretty sure I have used it almost every day since. On the days that I’m not wearing bright red lipstick, you can find me wearing this. It has the best formula of any lipgloss I’ve used and I know I’m going to be repurchasing for as long as I wear makeup. It has the shiniest wear and I wear it every time I can. An absolute 10/10.
