My Sephora Loves List

The makeup community is constantly revolving, with new products being launched every month. Because of this, I like to keep my Sephora Loves List updated. About once a month or so, when I have spare time on my hands, I like to go through my list and either add or remove items as needed.

My current Sephora Loves List includes new makeup from Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, Cover FX, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Beauty Blender. Each company is renowned for different products, which it amazing because everyone has different values in their makeup boxes!

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna

Rihanna is just a game-changer. When she released her foundation line, it had over thirty shades, which was a big deal. Before then, some companies would release less than twenty shades. She made it so that it was a staple for companies to be inclusive of as many shades as possible, which is amazing. She also produces quality products. Here are some of her items on my Loves List!

Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer, Shade: Diamond Milk

This is the second Gloss Bomb Rihanna has launched. It was part of the celebration collection for Fenty Beauty’s one year anniversary! It has a super high-shine pearl finish, which is an absolute must for any lipgloss enthusiast. Priced at $18, you can find it here!

Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Primer

“A shine-stopping, pore-diffusing primer that soothes the way for better foundation application and longer wear with an instant retouch effect.”  I’ve been wanting to get my hands on this for a while! I absolutely love the packaging. Flattering for all skin tones and types, this oil-free primer is a great addition to any serious makeup fiend. It pairs well with the Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation (another item I’ve been dying to try) and is priced at $32. You can find it here!

Cheek-Hugging Highlight Brush 120

This is a brush unlike any other! The shark-tooth shape of the bristles makes it the perfect brush for highlighting your cheeks. I also like the colors of this brush with the soft pink hues. The brush will look at home on any vanity. On the Sephora reviews, 93% of people who have used this brush recommends it to others! Priced at $32, you can find this brush here.

Pro Filt’r Amplifying Eye Primer

I’ve been using the MAC Paint Pot for eyeshadow primer, but when I saw that this was being offered, I was intrigued. 90% of people who have tried it recommends it according to Sephora. It states that it’s “a weightless, color-boosting eyeshadow primer that smooths lids for better blending and longer, crease-proof wear.” For only $22, you get 8 mL of product here.

Cover FX

Cover FX has an interesting beginning. This company was made by the same family who made MAC, but cruelty free! I have stopped supporting MAC because of their use of animals in the development of their products so this is an amazing alternative because it’s the same formula and quality that I’m familiar with! These are the products that I’m interested in!

Power Play Foundation

I got a sample of this foundation and tried it. Unfortunately, it was the wrong shade and was too light for me. But I liked the formula and the finish of the foundation. It was high quality, luxurious, and impressive. Full coverage! It is described as “a vegan, long-wearing liquid foundation that provides color-true, full coverage, a sweat-proof, matte finish, and powerful pollution defense.” Available for $44 here!

Illuminating Setting Spray

Do you want a beautiful, subtle glow with pollution defense? This is the setting spray for you! The packaging is prime and the product comes out in the finest mist you’ve ever seen. According to Sephora, this is “a weightless, alcohol-free setting spray that locks in makeup for all-day wear with a luminous finish.” You can grab this product here for $31!

Anastasia Beverly Hills

I’ve been using their products for a while now and I absolutely love them. Buttery eyeshadows, great brow products, and lip glosses that are amazing. I took advantage of the Sephora sale and grabbed some of their lip glosses and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They’re known as beauty innovators and I completely agree. Here are some of their products I’m interested in!

Norvina Eyeshadow Palette

Wow, this eyeshadow palette has a bunch of different colors than anything else Anastasia has offered. The pale purple pastel color is gorgeous and pigmented. This palette was created by Norvina, Anastasia’s daughter. It took her a while to create a product that she was confident enough to put her name on, and this palette was worth the wait. They have the felt outside on the palette, the same as Soft Glam, Modern Renaissance, and Subculture. For $42, you can get this for yourself here!

Eye Shadow Singles; Shade: Golden Copper

Anastasia is known for their amazing buttery eyeshadows that are super pigmented and easy to blend. When I saw this shade, my jaw dropped! High shine, a beautiful copper that will go well with my neutral palettes and brown eye shadows. Singles are popular because you can pick and choose which shades to mix together. This single is available for $12 here!

BeautyBlender

Ever since I started using a BeautyBlender for applying my foundation, my makeup has never looked better. BeautyBlender has increasingly become popular over the years thanks to several beauty gurus swearing by their products. My first purchase was the original BeautyBlender and then the Sapphire BeautyBlender. I love both dearly and hope to be able to try the other products listed below!

BeautyBlender Pro

This staple product is amazing for any serious makeup artist. Because of the darker hue, it works better with darker products or foundations that would be hard to clean out of the original pink beautyblender. I have many friends who have this, and they swear by it! High quality and it looks absolutely professional. You can grab it here for $20!

BeautyBlender Chill

Now in a beautiful teal color, the same material as the original, and an elongated shape! Perfect for blending on the go and starting your morning off right. Luxurious and just as great as the original, this limited edition color is a must have. Completely edgeless and it works great with any complexion. You can snag this bad boy here for $20.

These are the products that I’ve had my eye on for the past couple of weeks. Fortunately for me (and my bank account), there aren’t any Sephoras close by so I can’t grab any of these goodies soon. However, I will definitely treat myself for my birthday or Christmas! I hope that you enjoyed this post and found some new makeup to love! Thank you so much for reading.

Love,

Kaitlin
