Easy and Healthy Breakfast Recipes!

Everyone knows that the most important meal of the day is breakfast! It’s always been a favorite of mine because of all of the delicious options there are to choose from. Pancakes, French toast, waffles, and more! But I’ve been focused on eating healthy, which eliminates all of these tasty meals. Here are some healthy breakfast recipes that are to die for!

Avocado Toast with Egg

I’ve been a big fan of avocado toast for a while now, but I just combined it with a sunny side up egg for some protein and I have a new favorite breakfast! It’s super easy and a really filling meal. I smash my avocado and sprinkle Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, which is one of the best seasonings I’ve ever tried. Then I place the egg over the top and enjoy! It’s healthy, easy, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Toast with Organic Sugar Reduced Jam

This is a super easy and basic meal that’s still super healthy. My favorite jam is from Smucker’s, the Reduced Sugar fruit spread. You can find it at Target or any grocery store near you! I usually add a small bit of salted butter from Trader Joe’s for some added flavoring. When you’re in a rush in the morning and or don’t want to make a big effort for breakfast, this is the perfect meal!

Yogurt and Granola

This is one of my favorite weekend breakfasts! Since I usually don’t have any volleyball or workouts on weekends, I will have this meal. I adore the Oats n Dark Chocolate granola from Nature Valley (you can pick it up from Target, they’re usually one sale!) mixed with Yoplait Mixed Berry yogurt. It’s easy and you can still have some sweetness from the chocolate while still being healthy!

Nutella Banana Toast

This is the perfect meal for when I’m craving something super sweet but still good for me. I’ve cut out a lot of Nutella in the effort to reduce the amount of sugar intake, but I can still have this meal because of the mix of fruit and chocolate! This meal is also super filling, so you don’t have to have another smaller meal following it. I’m a big fan of this meal and recommend it to everyone.

Berry Breakfast Parfait

This is the last healthy breakfast recipe I’ve had my eye on lately. This one is nice because you can make it at home or it’s easy to find at a store or restaurant if you’re on the go. Yogurt is super good for you, especially when combined with fresh fruit and some granola! Parfaits have been popular for a long time and it’s not hard to see why. When I have a bit more time to prepare a breakfast, this is an easy one I like to do.

These are my favorite healthy meals as of late! All of them take no time at all to make and they’re all delicious. I’ve been super focused on my health journey and these meals have been huge helpers of that cause. Leave a comment down below if you’ve tried these meals or want more posts like this! And as always, thanks for reading!

Love,

Kaitlin
