The eighth month of the year has come to a conclusion! I’m pretty happy with how my August went; I started my senior year of college and senior season of volleyball all at once. It’s crazy to think it’s the beginning of the end. But I’m going to work hard and have as much fun as possible to make it the best year yet! August was full of a bunch of fun things and here are some of my favorites.
Iconic Protein Drinks
I’m actually drinking one as I’m writing this! I have been obsessed with these drinks because they are so tasty but so good for you. With 20 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugar, and only 130 calories, it’s almost hard to believe. The protein drinks are great for after a workout or as a meal replacement when needed. The only downside is that they can be a bit expensive. I have attached a link to the Target website, where I first found them. I highly recommend them because they’re just so good! I absolutely love them.
Rodan and Fields Hydration Serum
Everyone knows I’m a huge fan of Rodan and Fields. It’s no secret and with how amazing their products are, it’s no question why! My skin has been so dry recently, thanks to season and the time of year. This serum has totally saved me! Totally worth every penny and has a lot of product within the packaging, so it lasts for a long time. I’ve been a big fan of these product for years and recommend it to everyone who has dry skin. Check it out right here!
Hello Activated Charcoal Toothpaste
This is a new one for me! I’ve heard all about charcoal and how it has these amazing benefits that are great for cleansing. I broke down and purchased this toothpaste at the beginning of the month and have been using it since. Over the course of the month, I’ve been happy with it so far! I will admit, it was very strange to have black toothpaste at first (I scared my mom with my black mouth when I first tried it!), but soon got used to it. This toothpaste has been popular for a reason; you should give it a shot! Here’s the link to the Target website!
These are some of my favorite things from this month! I’ve been happy with everything I’ve tried so far and can’t wait to experience even more things next month. I have a lot of traveling coming up for volleyball season; should I blog about my traveling trips? Let me know! And, of course, thank you so much for reading!
Love,
