Healthy Snack Foods from Target

It’s so easy to grab a snack to munch on in between classes, practices, or just hanging out. Because of this, I wanted to make sure that I had snack foods that were healthy but still delicious. The last time I went to Target, I spent about twenty minutes browsing through the options and trying to decide which one I wanted to get. I found some selections that I liked and wanted to share them!

Pretzel Crisps Milk Chocolate Crunch

While this might not be the healthiest option, it is delicious and allows me to indulge in my sweet tooth without it being too bad for me. They’re absolutely amazing and they force me to exercise my control so that I only eat one serving size (four pretzels). I highly recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth who wants to watch what they’re eating! Bonus, it’s only $3 for a whole bag!

Skinny Pop Cinnamon and Sugar Mini Popcorn Cakes

I cannot say this enough; these are wonderful. Between me and my mom and dad, we finished the entire bag in two days. The taste is to die for, a delectable combination of cinnamon and brown sugar. Each popcorn cake is only six calories each and super filling, which is great in a snack in between meals. With each bag only being $3.49, they’re super affordable. Highly recommend!

Luna Protein Bars

With a good variety of flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone! My favorite flavors are Lemonzest and S’mores. I want to try Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Chocolate Salted Caramel, and since they’re on sale right now at Target, I’d suggest everyone runs in and grab them while they can! Full of protein and good ingredients, it’s an amazing snack for athletes on the run.

These are my favorite healthy snacks to eat in between meals or classes! It’s always nice to be able to indulge in my sweeth tooth while balancing all of the healthy foods I want to have in my life. Thanks to my healthy eating, I’ve lost weight, my skin is great, and I feel happier. I’m glad I can still eat some sugar without feeling bad for not eating a salad!
