As I mentioned in my 2019 Resolutions, eating healthy is a big one for me. I’ve been doing some research and trying to find some delicious recipes that are good for you and good-tasting! Here are the best recipes that I’ve found.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

I have been loving bell peppers recently! They add a lot of flavor to any dish that they’re included in, making them an instant favorite of mine. When I saw this recipe, I immediately bookmarked the page. Anything to do with bell peppers is a win in my book, so this recipe was going to knock it out of the park. This recipe is full of vegetables, ground beef, seasonings, and flavor. It’s an easier dish to make, which is a plus. I’ve also been really into salads lately. My favorites are from Trader Joe’s, which are super accessible. I have two salads that I choose from: Lemon Arugula and Chinese Chicken Salad. Both of them are filling and have great flavors. Another bonus of these salads are that both taste amazing when avocado is added in! It’s one of the best things to do with salads. Honey Garlic Salmon

Salmon is now my favorite fish! When I was younger, my family would have a lot of mahi-mahi, which was delicious. I started eating salmon in college and haven’t looked back since. I’ve been looking around, trying to find easy salmon recipes to make while I’m away at school, and this was the winner!
