February Books!

Happy February! One of my New Year’s Resolutions was to spend more time reading and enjoying more titles. I’ve been rereading a few books I’ve enjoyed before, like The Other Woman. But I have found some books that look absolutely fascinating. Here are some of the books I’ve had my eye on!

The Wife Between Us

Synopsis: When you read this book, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are reading about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement – a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen’s The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage – and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love. Read between the lies.

Dear Wife

Synopsis: Beth Murphy is on the run…. For nearly a year, Beth has been planning for this day. A day some people might call any other Wednesday, but Beth prefers to see it as her new beginning – one with a new look, new name, and new city. Beth has given her plan significant thought, because one small slip and her violent husband will find her.  Sabine Hardison is missing…. A couple hundred miles away, Jeffrey returns home from a work trip to find his wife, Sabine, is missing. Wherever she is, she’s taken almost nothing with her. Her abandoned car is the only evidence the police have, and all signs point to foul play.  As the police search for leads, the case becomes more and more convoluted. Sabine’s carefully laid plans for her future indicate trouble at home and a husband who would be better off with her gone. The detective on the case will stop at nothing to find out what happened and bring this missing woman home. Where is Sabine? And who is Beth? The only thing that’s certain is that someone is lying, and the truth won’t stay buried for long.

These are the books I’ve been looking at for the month of February! I want to put more focus into reading and devouring really interesting books. A lot of these books are available as audiobooks too, meaning I can listen to them while I am driving or doing chores. The only downside of reading is that it’s hard to multitask with anything other than listening to music. Do you see any books that you’ve read? Let me know down in the comments! And, as always, thank you so much for reading!

Love,
