My 2021 TBR!

2021 is going to be such a good year for books. In my previous post 2021 Books That I’ve Pre-Ordered, I went over some of the books that I can’t wait to release. That being said, there are loads of books that have been on my TBR (to be read) that have been out for a while. Here are some of the books that I am hoping to read in 2021!

Throne of Glass Series

It’s no secret that Sarah J Maas is one of my favourite authors. I have obsessed over her A Court of Thorns and Roses series and devour every book she publishes. I have the entire series, I just haven’t read them yet. I plan on getting to them soon (my reading schedule is still shifting around because of some books that are getting released). I have heard nothing but good things about the books and I am really excited to read them! I have linked the first book here.

Cursebreakers Series

I blogged about the third book in this series, A Vow So Bold and Deadly, in my 2021 Books That I’ve Pre-Ordered post. The first two books in the series have been available for a while and that’s precisely why they’re on my TBR for 2021! I plan on reading the two books in the series in anticipation for the release of the third one. I’m really excited, I’ve heard nothing but good things so far! I have linked the first book here.

Shades of Magic Series

I was lucky enough to find a collector’s edition boxed set of all three books in the Shades of Magic series by V.E. Schwab. I want to read it this year and enjoy the series that so many of my bookish peers have been raving about! I really like the idea of the synopsis of this book; it sounds exciting and fresh. I have linked the first book right here. I have linked the collector’s edition I bought right here.

From Blood and Ash Series

I bought the Kindle versions of the first two books and the third book is set to come out this year. I have heard loads of people talking about this book and saying it was amazing–it’s a Goodreads’s winner, after all. I want to read these books when the third one is set to come out so I won’t have that waiting period before being able to enjoy it. I have linked the first book right here!

Bone Crier’s Moon

I preordered the second book in the series before even touching the first book! I’m excited for this series that has been hailed as original and exciting. I found the book for $3, which was super exciting. I planning on reading this book a week after the second book comes out (just so that I can plan accordingly for the shipping time from the preorder). I have linked the first book right here.

Caraval Series

I bought this series last year during an Amazon sale, and snagged the third book, Finale, in a Barnes and Noble Exclusive Edition. I am hoping to get to this series during 2021 because it’s increasingly popular on Bookstagram (regular Instagram, but totally dedicated to books!). I love all sorts of mysteries and when I read the plot for this series, I was intrigued. I have linked the first book right here!

Renegades Series

Another complete series that I purchased during the Amazon sale last year! I love the enemies to lovers trope (which I have loosely associated with this series based on what I’ve heard) and I’m looking forward to how it pans out here. I’m not sure when I’m going to read this during 2021 but it is on my list! I have linked the first book here.

Those are some of the series and books that I have on my TBR for 2021! This list is sure to expand as more books come out and I find new loves. I’m very excited about the books I get to read and enjoy. Do you have any recommendations? Are you planning on reading any of these books? Let me know down in the comments! And, as always, thank you so much for reading!

Love,

Kaitlin
